The ARCWRX Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), built on Red Hat’s OpenShift Container Platform, provides a FedRAMP compliant, container-based application development platform within a multi-tenant virtual environment leveraging the ARC-P IaaS system. The platform utilizes leading container technologies such as Docker for image standardization and Kubernetes for container management. Provisioning, automatic scaling, and management of application containers are inherent platform features. Since ARCWRX is built on Red Hat’s OpenShift Container Platform it supports third party images that have been approved by Red Hat to be OpenShift Primed and OpenShift Certified. (Click to learn more)

Third Party Images

ARCWRX allows for developers to use Docker images created by the Docker community. Images provided by Docker repositories can be consumed and deployed by ARCWRX. Optionally, third party images may be built outside of ARCWRX using Docker and then imported. ARCWRX can also build runnable images from existing source code using the Source-to-Image (S2I) build process.
